Runway Business Park is a flex-space development geared towards people and businesses in need of shop or warehouse space. Phase 1 is comprised of 9 units ranging from 2,000 – 4,000sq/ft. Each unit has an office, bathroom, 16-foot garage, 20-foot ceiling height, and is fully insulated. Additionally, the floor slabs and driveways are overbuilt with thick reinforced concrete to handle the stress of large work and delivery trucks.
